You can clean your suede-covered slippers as follows:

• Machine or hand wash, delicate cycle, in cold water.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Allow to air dry, away from any heat source.

The extra comfort insole is removable in closed models and can be washed separately.

You can clean your leather-covered slippers as follows:

• Use a damp cloth on the leather.
• Wash the inside with a brush and mild detergent without immersing it in water.
• Allow to air dry, away from any heat source.

The extra comfort insole is removable in closed models and can be washed separately.

Unfortunately, there's no single answer to this question, as the use of our products can vary greatly from person to person. However, to give your slippers a little refresh, you should know that it's perfectly possible to buy a pair of removable insoles to replace the ones already inside your slippers. (For closed-toe models only.)

Any natural or accidental wear and tear of our products is not covered by the warranty. However, should your slippers wear out prematurely, have a manufacturing defect, or any other unusual problem, we will be happy to provide the appropriate solution, whether it be replacement or repair of the product.

The EVA outsoles are made of ultra-lightweight rubber that provides better foot support in your slippers.

The soles of our slippers are all made of a high quality microfiber. The material is resistant and breathes well for maximum comfort.

Garneau sheepskin slippers are made from premium materials. Genuine sheepskin, fine suede, leather, and microsuede are used in most models. All materials are cut, glued, assembled, or sewn by our meticulous artisans right in our own workshop in Canada.

Our slippers are designed for indoor use. They will withstand wear and tear very well on all types of common flooring; hardwood floors, carpets, tiles, etc.

They are not specifically designed for outdoor use, but you have the option of adding an EVA sole when ordering your slippers, which will allow you to walk outside the house, in the garage or on the balcony without damaging them.

You can return your slippers and we will replace them for you.

EVA outsoles are ideal for anyone wanting to have better foot support.
