HOW IT WORKS

You will receive your virtual card at the email address provided during the transaction. You can print it or forward the email to your loved one! The recipient can then enter the gift card number at checkout on the Atelier Garneau website to fully enjoy their gift.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery options you choose and your location.

You can use the package tracking tool to track your shipment.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for European VAT or any other taxes and customs duties that may be required outside of Canada (including the United States).

Exchange policy

You may return your Garneau sheepskin slippers for an exchange within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We do not issue refunds. The slippers must be unworn and in their original condition. Shipping costs for returning products to Atelier Garneau are the responsibility of the customer.
